The FMQ (Fédération Motorcyclist du Québec) is a Non-Profit Organisation that brings together Quebec motorcyclists in associations or as individual members. Its missions are; to put in place concrete actions to improve the road safety record; to promote motorcycling tourism; to represent them and defend their rights with governing bodies so as to foster the development of their passion and their pleasure to ride freely in a safe environment.
In addition to bringing together the driving forces of the community and acting as a hub for sharing information on motorcycling activities, it offers various services to its members including discounts for certain hotels, insurance rate for riders, and liability insurance package for federated association activities. The FMQ offers with Moto Pro FMQ advanced training days, various levels of advanced motorcycle training for all motorcyclists and FMQ members have a 50% discount. These advanced training days are recognized by the SAAQ and Québec private insurance companies.
Whatever the style, brand or type of use, the FMQ safe riding behaviors, good citizenship and mutual aid as the fundamental values of all motorcyclists in Quebec.
